APPLICANTS' PRIVACY NOTICE This policy describes the processing of your personal data in relation to your applications for Oniverse open positions. In some areas of the website, there is the possibility of speeding up the compilation using the data present in Linked in. When you use this feature, you accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the social network itself. Who is the Data Controller? When you apply for our position, the company to which you apply will be the Data Controller of your data in joint controllership with Calzedonia S.p.A. You can find the list of the companies in the Annex 1. You can contact the Data Controllers by writing to data.protection@calzedonia.com. Has a Data Protection Officer (DPO) been appointed? Companies that have appointed a Data Protection Officer are marked in Annex 1 with the symbol (*). You can find the contact of the Data Protection Officer in the Annex 1. Why do we use your data? When you provide information and upload documents to send us your application, the Data Controller will process your personal data. Personal Data will be processed for the following purposes: a. Collection of CVs and recruitment Purpose: to allow the process of screening the curriculum and selection following receipt of the application. Data processed: the data indicated in the specific application form. Data marked with an asterisk are mandatory. The provision of data is necessary to allow the Controller to proceed with the collection of your CV and the assessment of your application. The form does not provide for the collection of special data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR, we will only be able to access this category of data if you voluntarily provide it. Legal bases:

• For data marked as necessary during the application phase, fulfilment of pre- contractual commitments; • For other data not marked with an asterisk, your consent expressed by filling in the form. Retention period: your data will be deleted after • 18 months, if you have not passed the initial stage of the selection process; • 48 months, if you have passed the initial selection phase or you have been invited for an interview; • 24 months, if you are resident or domiciled in France. b. Creating an account Purpose: creation of a profile ("account") that will allow you to save some content (e.g. the latest version of your CV), consult the positions for which you have applied, create alerts for the job positions of your interest, delete your data. Data processed: personal and contact data indicated in the online form relating to registration of the account. The data essential for the use of our services are marked with an asterisk: without providing this information we will therefore not be able to provide you with the service you have requested. Legal basis: Execution of the registration contract for the application website. Retention period: your account and your data will be deleted after • 18 months, if you do not use your account for further applications and you have not passed the initial stage of the selection process; • 48 months, if you have passed the initial selection phase or you have been invited for an interview; • 24 months, if you are resident or domiciled in France. Processing methods

Your personal data may be processed both on paper and electronically: in both cases we will adopt all appropriate security measures to guarantee the integrity of the same and to avoid the danger of unauthorized dissemination. To whom do we disclose your data? To achieve the aforementioned purposes, we may communicate your data to the following categories of subjects: • employees and/or collaborators of the Group companies, in charge of the processing activity, or external suppliers, appointed as data processors, for the performance of selection activities. • public entities, bodies or authorities in compliance with legal obligations or in execution of express requests from the same authority. Do we transfer your personal data outside EU? Personal data will mainly be processed in the European Union. Your data may be transferred in order to share your application with the Oniverse Companies. In this case, the transfer will take place in compliance with local legislation and the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) (in particular, data will only be transferred after signing the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission by Decision n. 2021/914/EU or to countries able to guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data and therefore recipients of an Adequacy Decision adopted by the EU Commission). What rights can you exercise as a data subject? You can exercise the rights indicated below by writing to data.protection@calzedonia.com. In some cases, we may ask you for additional information necessary to confirm your identity. In particular, you can exercise the following rights: o Right of access, he right to know if a processing of personal data concerning you is in progress and, if confirmed, to obtain a copy of such data and be informed about the origin of the data, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients of

the data, the purposes of the processing, the existence of an automated decision- making process (including profiling), the data retention period, the rights provided for by the applicable law; o Right to request the correction or integration of your data; o Right to request the deletion of personal data if such data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if we are no longer authorized to process them; o Right to obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data in the following cases: i) you have contested the accuracy of the personal data. You can request a processing limitation for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the data; ii) we are no longer authorized to process the data, and instead of deleting them, you can ask us to limit their use; iii) if the personal data in our possession, despite being no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, are necessary for you to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court; o Right to data portability, the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as the right to request for such data to be transmitted to another Data Controller; o Right to withdraw consent, for processing based on it; o Right to oppose at any moment to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the provisions of the applicable laws.
