District Manager Calzedonia - with Chinese language

The Hungarian subsidiary, established in 1997, already operates more than 60 shops and in order to continue her success story requires a:  District Manager

Task:

As a district manager your goal will be to maximize sales results and profitability of stores in the district which has been assigned to you, whether they be direct or franchisee stores. The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working in one of our fast-paced districts, a typical week will see you spending time in your stores in the district and could include:

• constant analysis and monitoring of sales
• setting up of the stores according to your specific brand’s commercial and visual merchandising policies
• communicating company values to in-store staff so as to guarantee high quality service and gain customer loyalty
• managing stocks and products assortment
• acting as an example and leader for stores in your district
• developing your store team within the district to deliver fantastic customer experiences in all stores
• promoting the culture, values and mission of Calzedonia Group by leading with integrity and honesty
• effectively supporting the teams to keep the district operating to a high standard, raching commercial goals and KPI's

Your role is a dynamic one. You will spend your time in our stores, meeting with a variety of different people.

Expectation:

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

• are working in fashion retail
• 1-3 year experience and interest in fashion retail
• have strong English knowledge
• have intermediate Chinese knowledge
• have a driving licence
• have strong communication and relationship building skills
• are flexible and dynamic
• are humble and positive
• willing to be transferred, if its needed (international mission)
