Are you based in the Czech Republic or Hungary and enjoy frequent travel? Join Oniverse in a key role where you’ll curate the image of our stores across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
You’ll showcase our products through creative and impactful displays, visually bringing our brands to life.

YOUR MISSION:

Through the design and execution of window displays and in-store layouts, your goal will be to maximize sales performance, guide the customer journey, and create a unique and engaging shopping experience.

More specifically, you will focus on:

Supporting New Brands & Store Openings:

• Assist with the launch of new brands, ensuring their unique identity is effectively reflected in stores.
• Support new store openings and reorganizations, helping to establish a strong visual foundation from day one.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and propose impactful visual merchandising strategies.
• Reflect on market needs and trends to adjust displays that resonate with the local customer base.

Creativity & Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with the visual graphics team to design compelling visual displays that highlight product features and brand values.
• Use your creativity to craft displays that are both impactful and locally relevant.

Guidelines & Training:

• Contribute to the development of visual merchandising guidelines and the global visual book.
• Play a role in training store teams to deliver consistent and high-quality visual standards.

Field Action:

• Regularly travel across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary to provide hands-on support to store teams in visual setup and execution.
• Adapt global guidelines to local layouts and market specifics, ensuring a tailored and effective customer experience.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU:

• Have recently graduated or are about to complete a degree or specialized course in visual merchandising or window display design
• Ideally, have gained experience as a visual merchandiser in-store or in a regional/traveling role
• Have a strong passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends
• Are strategically minded with excellent organizational and planning skills
• Are flexible and enthusiastic about frequent travel across Central and Eastern Europe
• Hold a valid driver’s license and are fluent in English
• Are native in Czech/ Hungarian, based in the Czech Republic/Hungary
