Brand Experience & Trade Marketing Specialist (m/w) 100%

In this thrilling position, you will work closely with the Media & Communication team to create and deliver impactful in-store events that drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen our brand presence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial in-store events for our Brands to drive sales and customer traffic.
  • Manage the full event cycle from concept to logistics, on-site execution, and post-analysis.
  • Identify and build collaborations and sponsorships with strong commercial and visibility impact.
  • Coordinate regularly with HQ Italy to align with global strategies, adapt concepts for the Swiss market, and present results.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales impact, and customer insights to evaluate event success.
  • Create analyses, dashboards, and presentations to optimize event strategy and ROI.  

Your Profile
  • 1-2 years of experience in trade/retail marketing, events, or similar roles; experience in fashion or premium/luxury is a strong plus.
  • Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on mentality, comfortable managing projects from strategy to execution.
  • Highly organized, flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss media landscape and a relevant professional network are strong advantages.
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in German, English and Italian.
