We are currently looking for a talented, dynamic, determined and proactive Junior District Manager for our TEZENIS brand!

No previous experience is required. All you need to do is show us your strong organizational skills, your drive to achieve results, and that you are not afraid of hands-on work.

Be prepared that the beginning can be challenging. You will receive a huge amount of information and discover that retail is a truly dynamic environment!

It is important to understand that this is not a typical office job from Monday to Friday. This role is based in stores (which are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week), and our District Managers need to be available whenever the stores need support.

 

After your training, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing several stores — around 4–5 locations
  • Leading a team of Store Managers and Sales Assistants in your region — including recruitment, training, motivation and development. Your leadership style and ability to guide the team will directly influence their results and how they feel at work.
  • Taking care of the visual presentation of stores — because the way products are displayed plays a key role in attracting customers and making them fall in love with the products.
  • Monitoring numbers and performance — learning how to analyze data, identify opportunities and find ways to maximize store results. You will track various indicators such as conversion rate, average transaction value, items per receipt, sales, store productivity, stock levels, bestsellers and promotional activities.
  • Managing your time effectively — every day will be different. This is a dynamic and diverse role involving frequent travel, working closely with store teams and collaborating with the Area Manager and Brand Manager.
