Role: Store Manager
Brand & Location: Intimissimi – Kensington High Street, London W8 5SF
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Reports to: District Manager & Area Manager
 

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, achieving KPIs and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety and administrative procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and use commercial insights to maximise store performance.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for customer service and driving sales.
• Commercial awareness and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
