Role: Supervisor
Brand: Intimissimi - Calzedonia 
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Reports to: Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, District Manager & Area Manager


About the Role

As a Supervisor you will support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, team management and daily store operations, ensuring high standards and achievement of store targets.
 

What You'll Do

• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets and KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support the team in handling customer queries, complaints and returns.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Support stock management, deliveries and provide feedback on stock and collection performance.
• Supervise, motivate and develop the team, organising daily tasks, rotas and priorities.
• Support HR administration and store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Monitor sales, stock and store KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.

Profile

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
• A passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
