We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day management of our UK digital channels, working closely with the E-Commerce team, Country Manager and HQ to deliver a seamless online customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage UK e-commerce activities end-to-end, from briefing through to publication.

• Create and manage newsletters, SMS and push notifications.

• Manage website content, promotions, product data, categories, tags and PDP selection.

• Support visual merchandising, HTML updates and website/app testing.

• Monitor e-commerce performance through GA4 and prepare regular reports.

• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve online performance.
   

Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing (fashion/beauty preferred).

• Good understanding of CMS, product data and digital content management.

• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as GA4.

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.

• Proactive, analytical and eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
