As an Expansion Specialist your mission will be to develop and boost the on-land presence of all the brands of Oniverse including Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Falconeri, Signorvino and Outlets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will be in charge, from the Real Estate side, of opening new stores, relocations, and closings, in line with the corporate policies and procedures.
If you have a few years of experience in real estate, or you are a motivated fresh graduate who likes numbers and has negotiation skills, you might be a perfect fit! This is rather an entry-level position.
Job Duties:
➢ ANALYSIS - Market research for new business opportunities and relative evaluation of new location offers.
➢ RESEARCH & NEGOTIATION - Direct contact for estate agents and shopping center management regarding the negotiation of contract terms and conditions for both new and existing stores.
➢ MAINTENANCE - Administering rental contracts and periodic updates of their terms and conditions.
➢ TEAMWORK - Review of the contracts together with the legal department. Cooperate with the Technical department to tune the feasibility study. The Expansion department support Specialist will support you with the administration.
➢ REPORT - Preparation of decision-making documents and reporting for management in relation to business opportunities like new openings, relocations, or closures (level of rents, store turnover, store profitability…, etc.).

➢ OUTGOING – You are an extrovert and can easily network with people of all backgrounds. You like to talk with people in person or by phone. You can still be empathic and focused on your goals if they have different ideas.
➢ BUSINESS ORIENTED – You enjoy conversations about investments and finance in general.
Job Requirements:
➢ FLUENCY IN CZECH & ENGLISH - As we are an international company, there will be occasions when you will need to communicate with our Italian colleagues in English or go on a business trip abroad. Other languages like Hungarian or Italian would be a great plus.
➢ DRIVERS LICENSE - You will be responsible for 3 countries and will need to get there by car or airplane to see the locations or meet the stakeholders. Be ready to travel at least 50% of the time.
➢ KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE – You will use Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on a daily basis.
