IT Technician Specialist

As an IT Technician Specialist, you will follow Belgium and report to the Operations Manager of the Calzedonia BeNeLux Branch.
 
Responsibilities:

- Ensure maintenance on new/existing stores by providing 1^st and 2^nd line support + onsite support.
- Perform preventive / curative maintenance on the entire computer park within the HQ + help implement new technologies.
- Train users on equipment and explore/learn about new/existing technologies.
- Ensure the installation and configuration of computer and phone equipment.
- Deploy and configure new solutions in collaboration with the HQ Italy
- Manage the logistics of all office materials (phones, computers, shop materials…)
- Being the contact person for 3^rd party companies.
- Cashier hardware modernization project
- Launch Ipad Project in store

Profile:

The position is based in our offices in Brussels, Belgium.
Bachelor’s degree in IT. (Or similar work experience/knowledge)
Autonomous, patient, organized, flexible and responsive.
Interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Mobile for in-store interventions.
Being adaptable to new platforms in Windows/IOS/Andriod platforms.
- Solid foundation on the basics of a network infrastructure. (Cable management, manageable switch, firewall, AP…)
English, French are required.
- - Dutch is a plus
