As an HR Manager at Oniverse, you will be a strategic partner to local management, providing HR expertise across recruitment, talent development, leadership, and communication. You will drive HR initiatives to support business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience.
 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talents.
  • Build a strong employer branding to develop Oniverse’s image in Czech market.
  • Foster a friendly and positive company culture and workspace for everyone.
  • Take care of effective onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Analyze employee information to improve HR processes and results
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and remuneration.
  • Coordinate and manage the performance evaluation process twice a year.
  • Manage a team of two HR Specialists to provide excellent HR support.


To be successful in this role, you'll need a good understanding of the retail industry and its challenges. You will be involved in both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day tasks to learn about employee and manager needs.
 

What we´re looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in HR role with a focus on recruitment, employer branding, and culture building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proven ability to build good relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and native Czech or Slovak.
  • Experience in retail is a big plus!
