Join our growing digital team at Calzedonia UK, part of one of Italy’s most successful fashion groups, and play a key role in accelerating our online growth through paid media and audience-first strategy. We're looking for a Performance Media Executive or Manager (depending on experience) with a sharp commercial mindset, deep expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising, and a strong understanding of digital audiences, to help scale our digital presence across the UK market. You’ll report directly to the local E-commerce Manager and work closely with HQ and international teams, helping us drive qualified traffic, optimise conversions, and build strong connections with our target customers.

We are looking for a Performance Media Manager / Digital Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our digital growth and optimizing our customer acquisition strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and highly analytical marketer with a proven track record in scaling performance channels and delivering measurable business outcomes. 

You'll be a key player in bridging strategic vision with executional excellence, working closely with senior leadership to shape our digital acquisition roadmap while maintaining a hands-on approach to channel optimization and team mentorship. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Contribute to and execute the overall digital acquisition strategy across key performance channels, including Paid Search (PPC & SEO), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), and Affiliates, with a focus on driving online orders, digital sales, and customer lifetime value (LTV). 

  • Channel Ownership & Optimization: Take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and reporting for designated performance channels. Continuously analyse data, identify optimization opportunities across platforms, creatives, messaging, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency. 

  • Drive Business Outcomes: Translate business objectives into measurable marketing KPIs and actively work to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall marketing effectiveness. 

  • Strategic Media Partnership: Work closely with our media agencies, challenging them to push performance boundaries, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. 

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio) to deep dive into performance, extract actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders. 

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Support and contribute to a testing roadmap for A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys to continuously improve conversion rates. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with E-commerce, Communication Department and Data teams to ensure integrated campaign execution, consistent messaging, and a seamless customer journey. 

  • Market & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest platform innovations, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, bringing fresh ideas and a test-and-learn mentality to our campaigns. 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Previous experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced E-commerce, retail, or tech environment.  

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and tracking. 

  • Demonstrated success in improving key business outcomes such as online orders, digital sales, or LTV/CAC. 

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio, and Excel for robust campaign analysis and reporting. 

  • Commercially minded with a deep understanding of the customer journey, audience behavior, and the levers that drive digital growth. 

  • Experience managing significant media budgets and allocating spend strategically based on performance. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and insights to various stakeholders. 

  • A "test-and-learn" mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
